In Loving Memory of Brooklyn Ashley Mengarelli: Our hearts are so sad and heavy to hear the news of Brooklyn Mengarelli's passing. She was only 21 years old. Brooklyn started dancing with Miss Summer at the age of 3 and was part of the original STAR Company dancers. Brooklyn participated in all of the "firsts" of our studio: first recital; first parade; first dance competitions and conventions; first community shows; and first Disneyland show. Brooklyn continued to dance at the studio through high school and was also on the PHS Pom line. Brooklyn was beautiful and kind to everyone. The whole SDW family will miss her so much especially teachers: Miss Summer, Miss Dusty, and Miss Jaime.
Quarantined but still dancing!
